High School Mission Trip - Waco

Description: We will be partnering with Mission Waco to learn about and serve in homeless ministry. Participants will also help lead a street-style Vacation Bible School (VBS) for a local community.
Trip Cost: The cost for this trip is $85 per person, due at the time of registration. Your payment secures your spot on the trip. Chaperones attend free of charge. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
In addition to registration, please complete the required medical form. Medical forms must be updated annually; however, once completed, this form will be valid for participation in all of our youth ministry programs throughout the year.
Forms
We will need a LOG Medical Release & Permission Form for every participant. Please complete the appropriate form - student or adult. We ask for these forms every year in the fall and keep them on file for all youth events. You do not have to complete another form if you have already filled one out for this school year. Forms are available at log.org/ministries/youth. Links are also included in the Confirmation Email that you will receive after you register.
