"Lord God, Heavenly Father, Giver of every good and perfect gift - we Thank You, this Thanksgiving, for having created us and given us to each other as the Body of Christ. We Thank You for being with us in all our joys and sorrows, for Your comfort in our sadness, Your companionship in our loneliness. We Thank You for yesterday, today, tomorrow, and for the whole of our lives. Thank You for friends, for health, and for Your Grace in Jesus Christ. May we live this day and every day, conscious of all that has been given to us by You, as we thankfully anticipate Your greatest gift - the Resurrection of the dead and the Life of the World to Come. Amen."
