Lamb of God Lutheran Church

Join us Friday, January 8 through Sunday, January 10 for a weekend of service to our community. This event is open to 6 - 12 Grade students and all adults. All adults age eighteen and over will need to be background check by LOG for both our LOG needs and outside ministries. 

Registration Fee includes meals, t-shirt, and additional expenses.

$50 Youth (Friday - Sunday)

$25 Adult Chaperone (Friday - Sunday)

$25 Adult Volunteer (Saturday Only)

This includes lunch and t-shirt.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

ADULT CHAPERONES NEEDED: To continue the Local Missions tradition of an overnight event we need adult Chaperones that will stay overnight and can drive to the sites. Adults are also needed to help plan before the event logistics (work sites and food). This is a great way to help serve behind the scenes! We are always in need of adults to make our mission trips possible!! Please contact Jon at if you want to help out before the event.
Any adult member at Lamb of God may sign up to volunteer for January 9. 

MEDICAL RELEASE & PERMISSION FORM: We will need a LOG Medical Release & Permission Form for every participant. Please complete the appropriate form - student or adult. We ask for these forms every year in the fall and keep them on file for all youth events. You do not have to complete another form if you have already filled one out for this school year. Forms are available at log.org/ministries/youth. Links are also included in the Confirmation Email that you will receive after you register.

ADDITIONAL FORMS: Depending on the site that you will serve, we may need to collect additional forms. As we get closer to the weekend, we will reach out to those that we need additional forms or information.

DONATIONS: Every year we ask for items to be donated for the weekend. We will communicate our needs as soon as we can.
