In 1977, the Bees Gees asked “How Deep Is Your Love.” In 2020, you’ll find the answer at the Voices of Flower Mound Spring Concert “That ‘70s Show.” This immersive evening of music will take you back in time to that wonderful decade where love made everything seem possible.
Join us in your vintage ‘70s clothes for an entertaining evening of melody and fun inspired by a simpler, more carefree age. You’ll hear hits from Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Neil Diamond, Carole King and more. This amazing show is just “What the World Needs Now!”
The Voices of Flower Mound (VFM) is now in its 14th year and celebrating unparalleled growth and success, including its recent invitation to perform at Carnegie Hall. Under the direction of Dr. Arturo Ortega, and accompanied by the talented Paul Lees, the VFM is known for their spring and fall performances at Lamb of God Lutheran Church. The choir also collaborates with the Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church and the Flower Mound Symphony to present hugely popular patriotic and Christmas concerts. In addition to these recurring performances, the VFM also appears at other community events throughout the year.
Come early for the best seats and be prepared to relive the psychedelic ‘70s in your grooviest attire!
Tickets may be purchased in advance from the Voices of Flower Mound website or from any choir member for $12 adults/$8 seniors & students.
