The Vocal Jazz Choir from Concordia University, Nebraska will perform here as part of their annual Spring concert tour. The 13-voice choir, selected from the University A Cappella Choir performs accompanied and a capella jazz and pop-influenced charts spanning 8 decades of popular music. This year’s set list includes vocal jazz arrangements of Singin’ in the Rain, Four Brothers, Haunted Heart, Smoke Gets in Your Eyes, and Toto’s number one hit Rosanna. Other selections include pop influenced arrangements for voices like Paul McCartney’s I Will, from the musical Spring Awakening, The Song of Purple Summer, and The Real Group’s I Sing You Sing, and others.
